Do you want to participate in the transition to sustainable aviation? Then the temporary subsidy scheme Luchtvaart in Transitie might be of interest to you. The aim of the scheme is to further accelerate the transition through the use of knowledge and test vouchers, and by carrying out feasibility projects, supporting research, and R&D collaboration projects.

Temporary Subsidy Scheme Luchtvaart in Transitie: Knowledge & Test vouchers
The knowledge vouchers are for SMEs that have a knowledge question about the innovation of their products, production processes, or services in the aviation sector and want to have it answered by a knowledge institution. With a test voucher, SMEs can have technology and innovations tested and validated. You will receive a contribution that covers up to 50% of the costs.
Temporary Subsidy Scheme Luchtvaart in Transitie: Feasibility Project
The subsidy for feasibility projects is intended to identify the technical and economic risks of an innovation project within the aviation sector, such as a literature review, market exploration, or industrial research. The subsidy covers up to 50% of eligible costs. You can receive a maximum of €100.000.
Temporary Subsidy Scheme Luchtvaart in Transitie: Supporting Research
The subsidy scheme for supporting research is intended for knowledge institutions. This encourages knowledge institutions to collaborate with companies. The subsidy covers up to 100% of the costs for fundamental research, 50% for industrial research, and 25% for experimental development. The maximum subsidy is €1,250,000 per research project.

Temporary Subsidy Scheme Luchtvaart in Transitie: R&D collaboration projects
Next year, the application for R&D collaboration projects will open for SMEs. The subsidy covers up to 50% of eligible costs, with a maximum of €350.000. The minimum amount per participant is €25.000, and the maximum amount is €175.000.
