Without a sufficient and adequately trained workforce, the transition faces delays. Therefore, the Aviation in Transition project is actively working to ensure an adequate supply of well-trained personnel for the sector. In this regard, the curriculum should focus on production, technology, sustainability, maintanance and innovation.
