Webinar Subsidy Scheme LiT

In an earlier news article, we announced the opening of the Aviation in Transition subsidy scheme and briefly mentioned a webinar about this scheme. This webinar, in which the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management (IenW) and the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO) would present the scheme, took place on April 9. During the webinar, the Ministry provided an overview of aviation policy and introduced LiT. Afterwards, RVO took over and explained the subsidy scheme and the application procedure. There was also room for questions during the webinar, which were eagerly utilized by the participants. The webinar can be viewed again via the following link: Webinar Luchtvaart in Transitie (in Dutch).

A brief summary:
The aim of the subsidy scheme is to further accelerate the transition to sustainable aviation through the use of knowledge and test vouchers, as well as the implementation of feasibility projects, R&D cooperation projects, and supporting research. The scheme is executed by RVO on behalf of the Ministry of Infrastructure and Water Management. The opening of the scheme is currently scheduled for mid-May. The final opening date will be announced at the time of publication in the Staatscourant. If you have any questions about the subsidy scheme, you can contact RVO via lit@rvo.nl.
